Between the 2nd and 9th of December 2017, the “Youth in Tune” project brought together 27 young people from 5 different countries to Rzeszow, Poland. During this time participants were challenged with creating a production crew, including a music band, a scenography team and a video and IT processing team. They even created a small makeshift photo studio as well! Throughout the week, participants visited the Polski Radio station, had workshops on photography and video making, and of course, they also learned how to best work with each other, clarify misunderstandings, share skills and enjoy each other’s company. This youth exchange also helped participants to become more aware of the benefits of participating in international projects and also encouraged them to develop their own activities. We hope they will continue to be socially active and remember that they are “not alone”. Below is a link to the video and song that was produced during the youth exchange. It is free for viewing and downloading. We hope it will used as an educational tool for youth involved in community activities, and a source of inspiration for other youth’s future work.
